چکیده

Pedestrian accessibility is an important factor in urban transport and land use policy critical for creating healthy, sustainable cities. Developing evaluating indicators measuring inequalities pedestrian can help planners policymakers benchmark monitor the progress of city planning interventions. However, assessing design features at high resolution worldwide to enable comparisons challenging due limited availability official, quality, comparable spatial data, as well analysis tools offering customizable frameworks indicator construction analysis. To address these challenges, this study develops open source software framework construct cities using consistent data. It presents a generalized method consistently measure spatially aggregated scale, allow both within- between-city analyses. The data methods developed be extended other support local policymaking. made publicly available reuse repository.
